Terms of Use
Effective date: September 15, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of auvumbio.com (the "Site"), operated by Auvum Bio ("Auvum Bio," "Auvum," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What this Site is
The Site is informational and institutional. It describes Auvum Bio's research programs, the materials we supply — MSC-derived extracellular vesicles ("exosomes"), hTSC lines, and peptides — and products under development such as OutPatient AI. The Site is not a storefront. No purchase, checkout, or payment is processed on the Site, and nothing described here is offered for sale to the public through it. Any supply relationship with an institution, laboratory, or licensed professional is arranged separately, under its own signed agreement, and is not created by browsing the Site or submitting a form on it.
Who the Site is for
The Site is intended for institutions, laboratories, licensed professionals, government and public-health programs, and members of the public researching Auvum Bio, its work, or a clinic that mentioned our name. If you are a patient or caregiver looking for information about a treatment you or a family member received, or is being offered, that content lives on our patients page, not here. By using the Site you confirm that you are old enough, and if acting for an organization, authorized enough, to agree to these Terms.
The contact form
Our contact form is for institutions, researchers, clinicians, government or public-health programs, and general inquiries about Auvum Bio. Using it, you agree that you will:
- give accurate information about yourself, your organization, and why you're writing;
- identify yourself honestly, and not impersonate another person, institution, or regulatory body;
- use it for the purposes above — not to submit an inquiry on behalf of a patient seeking treatment for themselves or someone else, which belongs on the patients page, not this form; and
- not use the form to send spam, malware, automated or bulk submissions, or anything unlawful, threatening, or fraudulent.
We may decline to respond to, or act on, any submission that misuses the form, and we may report unlawful submissions to the appropriate authorities.
No medical advice
Nothing on the Site is medical advice, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Descriptions of research, materials, or OutPatient AI are informational. If you have a medical question or a decision to make about your own care or a patient's care, ask your own treating clinician. If you're evaluating a regulatory pathway, a supply relationship, or these Terms themselves, ask your own counsel — we're not providing legal advice either.
Research use only — no treatment claims
Auvum Bio's materials are supplied to institutions, laboratories, and licensed professionals for laboratory research and for clinical investigation carried out under whatever authorization applies where the work runs — an IND, IRB/IEC approval, or national authorization, for example. They are not offered for sale to the public on this Site or through it. No Auvum material is approved by the FDA or any other regulator for human therapeutic use in any market, and nothing on the Site is an offer to treat.
OutPatient AI and partner data
Where the Site describes OutPatient AI, it is describing a product Auvum is developing for partner sites in the United States and Colombia at minimum: a wearable and a short check-in feeding a dashboard so a partner site can see what happened between visits. Data collected through OutPatient AI — wearable readings and check-in responses — belongs to, and stays governed by, the partner site's own study protocol. Auvum is not the treating party and does not make treatment decisions from that data.
Intellectual property
Everything on the Site — text, research summaries, graphics, the Auvum Bio name and logo, page layouts, and the OutPatient AI materials — belongs to Auvum Bio or is used under license, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view the Site and print or save pages for your own reference or institutional evaluation. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or use any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. "Auvum Bio" and "OutPatient AI" are our marks; using them without our consent isn't allowed. Mentioning an institution, publication, or partner company on the Site doesn't mean that institution endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with Auvum Bio.
No warranties
The Site is provided as is. We don't promise it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or perfectly current — research summaries, in particular, describe work that is ongoing and can change. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, about the Site and its content.
Limitation of liability
Auvum Bio is a research company, not a clinic, a pharmacy, or a marketplace, and the Site doesn't sell anything. To the fullest extent the law allows, Auvum Bio and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or your reliance on anything in it. This limitation doesn't apply to liability that can't lawfully be limited. It also doesn't affect any separate written agreement — a supply agreement, materials transfer agreement, or research collaboration agreement — that an institution has signed with Auvum Bio; that agreement, not these Terms, governs that relationship.
Indemnification
If you misuse the Site or the contact form — for example, by impersonating someone, submitting fraudulent information, or using it unlawfully — you agree to cover any reasonable costs Auvum Bio incurs as a direct result.
Privacy
How we collect, use, and protect data submitted through the Site — including contact-form data and OutPatient AI data — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, reflecting Auvum Bio's U.S. office there. If your institution has a separate signed agreement with Auvum Bio, that agreement's own governing-law clause controls your specific relationship where the two differ.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as the Site, our work, or the law changes. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms; if you don't, please stop using the Site.
If part of this doesn't hold up
If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
